Awareness campaign

Seed was engaged to raise awareness of the newly launched SEE National Distance Program and establish MTC as a trusted delivery partner to support future government funding. Designed as a test-and-learn initiative, the campaign generated leads and valuable insights to shape future marketing. SEE Distance Learning is now part of MTC’s permanent offering.

Joy St
Brand awareness and trial campaign

Launched in 2023, Joy St is healthy protein based salted snack designed to disrupt the category. However, with minimal brand awareness and penetration, it was about to face delisting. Good Food Partners commissioned Seed as they needed a ‘quick win’ to demonstrate to the trade it was serious and highly committed to Joy St.

Seed instigated a high impact AV strategy to stimulate trade interest for distribution gains as well as drive awareness and trial amongst consumers. Launching with strategically placed spots in the AFL and NRL Grand Finals generated mass awareness amongst the trade and consumers and sparked conversation.

Festive season campaign - Highly Commended Siren Awards 2022

How do you stand out amongst brands and retailers vying for a portion of the $11b Festive gifting revenue? Seed dialled up ‘Smiles start with T2’ by sparking joy with music. Working collaboratively with HitFM, Seed reimagined the classic carol ‘deck the halls’ with ‘Tea’s the Season’. T2 carollers recorded the song for Radio and Social videos.

HIV prevention campaign

Seed was tasked with developing the media communications plan for Instant Scripts’ HIV Prevent offering; and positioning the brand as the enabler for the LGBTQI+ community who are at risk of contracting HIV. The result was an exemplar of precision targeting at its best.

Limited edition Oscar Piastri burger campaign

When Grill’d launched a limited-edition burger with Oscar Piastri ahead of the 2025 Australian Grand Prix, Seed created an integrated campaign combining radio talent activations, strategically placed outdoor en route to the F1 track and highly targeted mobile digital.

NZ Marketing campaign - Winner Westpac NZ Franchise Awards 2022

As the nation emerged from the COVID lockdowns of 2021, people extended the time between salon visits and performed simple hair colouring or touch up services at home. Seed garnered insights to drive the emotional benefits of Rodney Wayne’s colouration experts via precision targeting and creative formats to stimulate bookings.

The campaign delivered over 30% in new client appointments and a significantly high ROI.

We orchestrated the strategic business plan and marketing budget to initiate the ‘Chase Your Calling’ integrated and holistic creative and media campaign. The multi-year approach has resulted in substantial enrolment share gains against a TAFE category decline. AMI State Award Winner, Education 2018 and National Finalist 2019.

Brand campaign

Seed was challenged with effectively engaging with organic consumers, plus help True Organic increase distribution on a very modest media budget. Integrating the brand into cooking shows provided an effective solution to deliver on both objectives.

SÜK Workwear
Brand campaign

Seed was tasked with making the SÜK brand synonymous with workwear for women by stealing share from the traditional ‘bloke’ brands. To help catapult brand growth we needed to go beyond driving more people to the website, and making SÜK a ‘must have’ statement brand that personifies Kweens, bad-ass-bitches and confident creatives. 

Audience insights revealed that key segments are proud of their identity and bring strong attitude to how they show up in the world. This attitude is reflected in the female talent featured in the high-rating, long-running TV series The Block. Seed secured SÜK workwear placement throughout the 2023 season, significantly elevating brand visibility and driving increased interest. The impact was reinforced when competitor brand Hard Yakka adopted a similar approach in the 2024 season.

Outmatching Hot Deals in record speed

Seed was tasked with ‘sharpening the pencil’ of Kogan’s direct negotiations with the media across TV, radio and digital five days out from its crucial 2021 Black Friday and Christmas campaign. Within 24 hours, Seed had negotiated improved trading positions, refined proposals and recommended broader reaching digital environments for a lower media investment.
